The objective of Peak Chiropractic is to stimulate the nervous system through adjustments to allow a patient's body to heal. The short term goals are to decrease pain, numbness and loss of motion in as quick a time as possible. To adddress these issues a patient's condition is diagnosed via orthopedic/neurological testing, X-Ray and MRI if required. As the treatment progresses the patient is given exercises to help their condition from reoccurring. Treatment may include adjusting, muscle work, ice, heat and change of diet. The long term goal is to improve patient overall health via diet, exercise and adjusting. If conditions arise outside the scope of chiropractic we refer to primary care physicians, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, physical therapists and massage therapists.
